Andrew Lim is a real estate professional with extensive experience across residential and commercial brokerage, property valuation, and investment real estate throughout Texas. He has been with Dash Realty since 2021, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions. Andrew has closed more than $10 million in real estate transactions and brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to helping clients navigate purchases, sales, leases, and investment opportunities.
In addition to his work with Dash Realty, Andrew is an Associate with Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, where he specializes in commercial real estate valuation. His appraisal experience includes existing and proposed multifamily developments, including market-rate, affordable housing, and senior housing properties. Prior to joining Apprise in 2023, Andrew worked with a national commercial real estate firm in Dallas, gaining valuation experience across a variety of property and investment types.
